Wojciech Puciata graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Nicolaus Copernicus University in Torun and postgraduate LL.M. at the Faculty of Law at the University of Regensburg  (Germany).

Wojciech acquired legal experience in international law firms in Poland (Wierzbowski Eversheds, Rymar and Partners Salans D. Oleszczuk), in Germany (Jurgen Geiling & Partner GbR) and Austria (Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP in Vienna).

Wojciech has many years of professional experience in providing comprehensive legal services for financial institutions, especially in matters concerning personal data protection, bankruptcy and restructuring, consumer loans and outsourcing of banking activity, M&A and real estate transactions.

He also has wide experience in representing financial institutions in court and administrative proceedings.

Wojciech is the author of numerous legal opinions and trainings in banking,  personal data protection and bankruptcy law.

His interests include history and the financial markets.
