Bartosz Jankowski studied law at the Warsaw University. As an Erasmus scholar, he completed studies at the Faculty of Law at the University of Naples Federico II . He also completed post graduate studies on capital markets law at the Warsaw University.

Prior to establishing Mirosz Jankowski & Partners, Bartosz worked for the financial advising company Xelion Finance Advisors Ltd, where he was head of the legal department.

He worked in the international banking law department of Allen&Overy, where he took part in the development of credit and bank security collateral documentation.

Bartosz has wide experience in the development of financial products, especially in the fields of insurance, banking and brokerage. He was responsible for obtaining permission from the Financial Supervision Authority to conduct brokerage activities and compliance issues. He participated in a working team responsible for the implementation of MiFID in the Bank Pekao group. Currently he is an adviser to a brokerage house, entities engaged in financial brokerage activities and others.
