Bartosz Jankowski gave a presentation at the conference Bancassurance – the practical aspects of applying Recommendation U and Polish Financial Supervision Authrity guidelines, organized by the MMC Conferences, held on 7 – 8 October 2014 r. at the Westin Hotel, Warsaw.
On the first day of the conference Bartosz Jankowski led a workshop at which he introduced a variety of banks’ roles in insurance distribution: bank as an agent, multiagent, broker, or policyholder. He discussed, among others, training requirements for employees of banks, which are also insurance agents – the form, content and organization of training, taking into account the extensive sales network of banks and the new regulations coming into force.
