Arkadiusz Kawulski is an expert in banking and payment services. He has over 20 years of experience in banking: both in banking supervision and central banking as the head of legal section in the General Inspectorate of Banking Supervision Authority and as legal adviser in the Legal Department of National Bank of Poland; commercial banking as legal adviser in Alior Bank.
Arkadiusz is the author of the latest commentary on the Banking Law published in 2013 by Lexis Nexis.
